The Story
- The Opera series carving fork is used to carve all types of grilled meat with the help of a carving knife. It's characterized by two long prongs. Its classical shape and rounded finish of great beauty and sturdiness makes this knife one of the most demanded. - Ergonomic and safe design: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
