The Story
- The Opera series chef knife is a broad-bladed knife, with a smooth edge, stable and sturdy. It’s a multi-purpose knife that can be used professionally as well as at home to clean, slice and chop vegetables. With tongue-and-groove stainless steel rivets that are highly resistant to corrosion. The Opera series knives are characterized by its elegant design and their one-piece stainless steel forging furniture and their special silk edge.
- Precision and durability: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip.
- Ergonomic and safe design: The handle is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
