The Story

  • The 100 mm Nordika series Paring knife is an ideal utensil for cleaning, cutting and chopping vegetables or fruits. It is an excellent companion when preparing food. It provides a firm and smooth cut that fits perfectly in your hand while chopping, slicing or cutting any type of vegetable or fruit.
  • PRECISION AND SMOOTHNESS: Made using a patented technique by ARCOS called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
  • SOFT GRIP: The handle is made 100% from ovengkol, a hard wood sourced from a tree native to Africa, that comes from well-managed FSC certified forests. Another of its main characteristics are its brass rivets that give the handle an avant-garde design.
